Torres & Co. is seeking a motivated Marketing Outreach Intern
to help us launch the second edition of a nationwide publication
that features insights from top business leaders.

This is an unpaid opportunity ideal for high school or college students needing volunteer hours,
internship credit, or a standout letter of recommendation.

Torres & Co. is a strategic consulting firm rooted in arts, education, and small business transformation. Led by published author and revenue strategist Megan Torres, our mission is to uncover six figures or more in hidden income for creative entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and industrial brands—without increasing marketing spend. Our work is deeply culturally fluent, community-driven, and creatively bold.

We also operate Torres Fine Art Photography Studios, featured twice at Tulsa International Airport, collaborate with local and national leaders on transformational growth initiatives, and support cultural arts through Ballet Folklorico Tierra Mestiza.

🎯 Internship Role: Marketing Outreach Assistant

You’ll be contacting pre-identified business leaders by phone to schedule interviews for an upcoming publication. These interviews are short (45–60 min) and help shape our strategic insights for the second edition of a nationwide resource guide.

🗣 Example Outreach Script (you’ll adapt slightly per call):

“Hi, I’m calling on behalf of Megan Torres, a published author and revenue strategist behind Torres & Co. We’re interviewing a few business leaders for the second edition of her upcoming book and…”

Duration: Now through late August

(flexible weekly schedule with the possibility of contract hire at the end of term.)

💻 Location: Remote – must have access to a phone and internet

✅ Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (clear speaking voice and professional tone)

• Comfort reading scripts

• Adaptability to scenes

• Enthusiastic and respectful approach to cold calling

• Organized and reliable—able to log and track calls and responses

Bonus: Experience in customer service, sales, communications, or leadership roles
