Part I - The Basics.

In this two part zoom we will cover the fundamentals of how your camera works, lenses, what’s in a photographers bag, an in-depth look into your settings, and offer a good start on how to get off Auto Mode.

A more in depth course into getting off Auto mode featuring creative in camera techniques.

  • A basic understanding of camera principles is required - If you have not taken part I - the basics of “What, the actual F/stop?” you may be asked to take a short survey to show your basic understanding.

  • Part One of the workshop will be held online on Monday July 11, 2022 (Am or PM classes are determined based on the majority of sign ups suggestion) and will last roughly one hour and twenty-five minutes.

    Part One Day Two of the workshop will be held online on Tuesday July 12, 2022 and last roughly one hour and twenty-five minutes.

    Part Two of the workshop will be held online on Monday July 18, 2022 (Am or PM classes are determined based on the majority of sign ups suggestion) and will last roughly one hour and twenty-five minutes.

    Part Two - Day two of the workshop will be held online on Tuesday July 18, 2022 and last roughly one hour and twenty-five minutes.

  • No, our classes currently first come first serve and in limited seating of no more than 8 people to keep our course intimate and run on time.

    We do however offer a limited number of 1-1 workshops throughout the year, if this is something that interest you or you’re looking to schedule a group class with us please contact us at contact@torresfineart.com or submit a form on our booking page.

  • The best way to do this is for each individual to fill out their own workshop intake.

    If you are paying for both and would like to pay together in full please send us a message at megan@torresfineart.com so that we can send you a custom quote.

  • We try our best to both start on time and be understanding of what life may throw at us any given moment in time, especially as a single parent.
    If you know this is something that may happen we just ask that you make us aware as well to work the best around it so that you aren’t missing out on any information.

    • No student recording of the class is allowed, only instructor recording is allowed.
